It looks like there is a clasp/closure at the neck. Is it snaps or buttons and are they still attached and functioning? Love the print! Thanks!

@sarabera33 The closure is in the front and it is a button. All of the buttons are intact on the dress. You would definitely need a slip for under this because it is completely see through. The design is sooo cute though.
