Cat & Mouse Faux Scrimshaw Oval Trinket Box 1990s

From the Misfits & Oddmints cuboard: Vintage sweet oval faux scrimshaw trinket box. With an engraving of a large tabby cat & a cheeky little mouse. It is a creamy ecru colour & made of a composite or plastic material. From the 1990s I belive. It is lined in black with a felt-like fabric. It has no issues and the lid rests on top. Questions welcome.
