Eyeshadow Women's XL V-neck Top/blouse. Black/white lace over pink, ruffled hem, 3/4 sleeves with cats on them!! I believe this is vintage based on the tag!! Please note the measurements below. This may run a little small. The fabric is a mix of cotton, polyester, and Rayon (see tag). Machine Wash. It is in good pre-owned condition with no stains, tears, holes, etc. It is smoke-free, clean, and ready to wear!
