kcarruthers74 Hello - I recieved the backpack in the mail but it has a strong odor. I think it's cigarette smoke. Do you smoke in the place where the backpack was kept? I'm putting it in the dryer in a steam clean Dryell bag with cloth to see if I can remove the odor. I don't want my daughter to go to school smelling like smoke.

despest @kcarruthers74 no I do not smoke. I buy my stuff from a warehouse but I can’t imagine they allow smoking in there. I do apologize. I didn’t smell anything but I have been a little under the weather and could be why.
