My husband and I came up with this double strap harness design to prevent escaping as we walk our cat (OR more accurately as he walks us LOL). Very comfy & does not hurt your fur baby. divineska @tcflorida no, I wish. it's just not cost efficient to manufacture it here yet. we designed in California but our manufacturer is in China. we are constantly looking tho.
