Casual Blue Short Sleeve Dress

This casual and versatile short sleeve dress offers a comfortable style. Blue fabric with specks of yellow and pink in the cotton fabric; it is hard to capture the colors so I tried a couple of different ways. Handmade by me and it has bust darts, gathered waist, and pockets with a slight high low hem. In good used condition. Washed with fragrance free detergent and air dried.
