I am confused I’ve posted them in my closet as many others have and no issue I’m going to email them today

@cdpgranny thank you I don't know what to do. I posted them several times and now they just keep deleting them and I've been told that if I appeal it or realist him that I could face a lawsuit from the company.

@cdpgranny i'm sorry I know it's not your fault. They just seem to always have things one way for certain people, and then another way for other people now if the company contacted them directly, I understand this happened with Chanel when I had some pulls off of a purse that I was selling, and Chanel told them to ask me to take them down. I did at that time, but they were authentic however, I guess since they have been taken off the actual item they were considered "altered."

@cdpgranny to be honest with you. I don't think this is something that you need to I mean yes please contact them, but I don't think this is something that they should hold you responsible for they are the ones that told us. It was OK to relist it if you look back through the comments. I feel like Poshmark needs to reimburse my funds

@skyejewelryco if you use all stock photos on any items they will flag as copyright infringement

@cdpgranny no they weren't but I'm going to retake the photos. I'm gonna not use my friends photo. Perhaps her photo was a stock photo and I was not aware, but I am going. I already have my own photos and those were the ones that I used and I'll try re-listing them and then if I still get flagged, I'll reach back out.

@cdpgranny I am aware that DCMA guidelines usually are due to copyright infringement so it is possible now that I think about it that her photo might have been a stock photo however that photo is not on their website so that's why I don't think it was their photo.

@cdpgranny Let me try to relist using my own photos no one else's and go from there. If it happens again I hope it does not but if it happens again, then I'll let you know. I'm just concerned to try to relist them now as they may like flag my account or do something to my account.
