Castle Tower Silver Ornament

I wish I could tell you what this ornament is, but I just don't know! It looks like a castle tower, and it seems to be made of pewter, but I'm not sure. It looks kind of Celtic-inspired (to me). It also looks like a very tall, skinny drum. I haven't seen any others like it, so this description is as good as it gets! It's unique, though. Pretty red satin hanger. Measurements shown in photos 7-8, approximately 2"L x .5"W. It is light, not heavy. Photo 3 shows how thin it is, on its side. Last 2 photos show it hanging, front & back (on a turtle for now!). No stamps, so make unknown.
