2 sets of 4 caster wheels for the Simply Tidy mobile storage products sold at Michael’s stores. Each set of 4 wheels retail for $8. Each set has 2 wheels with locking latches. Pkgs with #7. Pkgs labeled #8 are not locking. Original screws are not included. But you can pick some up at any hardware store. You need 16 screws for each set of 4 wheels.
