Made with Windstopper X-Fast fabric,made using high-tech circular interlocking polyester, providing total wind protection while allowing for excellent breathability. Blocking the wind while letting sweat evaporate. A soft, microfleece lining for the insulation, adding serious comfort. The Windstopper's natural stretch and 50 Denier outer coverage make it abrasion resistant and durable. There are two vertical zippers down the front of the jacket,simply unzip them while climbing to allow heat and moisture to escape,close while descending to block the wind and insulate. There are two more zippers up along wrists, for ventilation to close the jacket around the cuffs of your gloves for a tight seal. It has a flip-up Thermoflex collar,soft and fleecy on the inside, treated with silicon on the outside to give slight water repellency. It has a shoulder articulation system so the back of the jacket is separated from the arms around the back of the shoulder to eliminate pull.The back hem is cut low, an elastic band on the back.There are 3 rear pockets for essentials, plus it includes an internal phone pocket and a cable port for your headphones. Designed to keep you warm and comfortable down to 32 degrees Fahrenheit. Like most Castelli clothing, it’s designed to be form-fitting.
