This item is New without Tags and a defect.. There are a couple of punches in the fabric on the back of the leg - see last two pictures. It is from a Nordstrom surplus purchase. Nordstrom removed the tags before selling to me. They could also be customer returns. The material content tag and washing instructions are included in the pictures, please review them.
