@l_g hi, shoulders seam to seam laying flat is 14", bust is 15.5". But this is a ribbed sweater and it has a lot of stretch. It will look equally good on small and a medium size person.

Thanks for your fast reply. That shoulder seam is 2 inches too small, and it isn't going to stretch that much on my shoulders.
