Cartilage Earring! BNIB

Earring for cartilage part of ear, surgical steel. I believe I bought it from CVS actually. The package has been sealed and never opened. It doesn’t really work where my cartilage piercing is located. Better for the outside upper part of the ear, as shown on the box. Pretty silver with three stones across.
