deevee_j @melindajoyce09 hi, the watch is 100% authentic. I have the papers and box. I don't have the receipt as it was an gift from my ex. The watch is 10 years old, in good condition and I changed the batteries at the Cartier store just once afterwards and it's still ticking. First time battery change is free but afterwards, the fee is $100. Great customer service.
