Carter's Seahorse bubble with bows and ruffles

This bubble was barely worn once but then sadly didn't fit. It has the cutest details and a seahorse. Pricing low because as a mom of 2 (3y and 9m olds) I don't have time to examine every item down to the details. I don't see any visible imperfections.
