Carter's Red Plaid Taffeta Petticoat Holiday Dress, Size 3m, Christmas, Festive

Worn once for Christmas photos. The red plaid taffeta photographs really well in holiday photos. Taffeta with a petticoat and a non-adjustable black velvet bow around the waist. There is a miniscule stain on the back (pictured) and a stain on the inside back of the neck (pictured) otherwise in pristine condition.
