Carters Blue and white large gingham checked pinafore romper

Carters vintage/retro large gingham check pinafore romper. Three small white stars on the front. The size was removed. The waist measures 9” across. I have looked online and it seems as though it is an 18 months. If in doubt I would probably size down.
