Carter’s 4T Dress

This white dress had white interior lining and large blue polka dots patterned throughout. Ruffles up the front and over shoulders give this a fancy look :) Tan braided belt loops through and around dress. Can be worn around or doubled up in the front. Buttons up the front chest for easy on and off. Very cute piece 💗
