Tie has a loop in the back for the thinner end of the tie to sit in, and that has a button, to button to the shirt, so the tie stays in place. Very quality tie. Condition is great, seam are in good condition. No stains, fraying, or holes. One small snag, hardly noticeable, see last photo.
