Beautiful ice blue wedding dress. This dress was bought off the runway for Chicago fashion week. Even though it walked the runway it is in perfect condition with tags still attached. It features a tulle skirt with sequins and rhinestones throughout the dress. Low zipper back closure with buttons over top. Can be worn as is or add a hoop skirt for a more dramatic ballgown effect!
