Caroline Constas Blue and White Floral Maxi Dress Medium

Elegant blue and white floral maxi dress with puff sleeves. So much fabric flare at the bottom hem it is absolutely stunning! Definitely a designer dress with the quality. Does have some minor staining from spilled coffee, cannot notice when worn unless very closely analyzed (please see all photos as they are shown, but hard to see). Due to the discolorations it is significantly reduced in price (was a $700 dress). From a clean smoke-free home!!
