NWOT. Tagged XL but is more like a 2X or 14-16? Unstretched the chest measures right at 20". Waist unstretched from side to side measures 16" and hip unstretched is 18". Leg opening is about 12.5" on the largest side. From top of strap to hem id 19". Built in shelf bra in too is lightly padded, bottoms are lined in front half only. Sweet small ruffle on front.
