Carolina Blues brand. Color: blue, white, pink, green, yellow, gray, red. Beautiful pastel light color way skirt. The stretch is in the actual fabric not the waist line. The waist line is not stretchy. It has this blue and white brushstroke watercolor design on the back ground with large flowers all around in various shades of pink and blue and yellows. There are gray and pink motifs of little floral designs underneath the large flowers. There is a side slit on the left side and it is unlined.
