Carolee Chocker Collar 13” no Clasp Necklace Costume Jewelry

Corolee chocker collar necklace Pre-owned No clasp beaded on a memory type wire. Hang tag signed on both ends of the necklace. I do not know who or what the second mark is. I did research but got no results. This is costume jewelry this is made up of translucent seed beads and faux gemstones and silver tone metal. The gem stones are all irregular shapes. Faux pearl beads, and faux gem stone beads surround just the front and dangle slightly from the wire. The necklace is in shades blue with darker stone that are lilac. The lilac color changes lighter to darker depending on lighting. Measures approximately 13” in length. The length doesn’t include the hang tag or loops at either end of the beads. This piece has been wiped down but not cleaned. The hang tags have some darker discoloration as do the rings that hold the dangle beads and faux pearls. Please examine photos closely for condition.
