Carol Rose Black and White Polka Dot Short Sleeves Blouse Elastic Neckline XL

Carol Rose black and white polka dot blouse is women’s size XL. Short Sleeves Blouse has elastic all around the neckline with the hem sewn in a way to give it scalloped edges. There is elastic on the sleeves hem. Top has a black background with white polka dots. Most of the pictures were taken before I washed it. The deodorant/light areas on the underarms did come out. The darker pictures were taken after I washed it. I thought it was just washed when it was given to me. Made in China of 95% polyester 5% spandex. Armpit to armpit is 23” across front. Shoulder to side hem is about 27.5” long.
