Carmen Mark Valvo romantic velvet and satin ruffled jacket

this is the old-school kind of velvet that doesn’t really shine. It eats the light which provides a lovely contrast for those ruffles which are velvet on one side and satin on the other. That satin contrast is also brought out at that ruffled cuff on the sleeve. And some covered buttons definitely a very vintage Victorian feeling I can see it witheven more ruffled blouse underneath maybe something hanging out of the sleeve white ruffle anyway so you do you it’s not up to me in excellent condition fully lined. The tag is loose.
