Stunning organza Carmen Marc Valvo gown with belt to accentuate perfect waist! Halter top, vibrant gown that makes you feel like a princess. Never worn, STILL WITH ORIGINAL TAG and hanging straps, however I ordered it online and it seems that whoever tried it on before it was sent to me had on a spray tan because the lining of the dress has some spray tan marks (not visible on outside of dress)
