Carlo Vittorio Leather Belt from Uruguay

This brown leather belt says it is a size medium and will fit up to 32," stamped inside is the name "Carlo Vittorio" and "genuine leather." There is also a number but I can't read it, you can barely make out the words "Made in Uruguay." Overall the belt has very little wear, including the holes.
