Gorgeous 90s chartreuse pencil skirt. Size 8, elastic on either side of waist. Material is 100% polyester Fully lined Zip up back closure Waste measures 14" across, length is 32" Two small marks on the lift front side of the skirt as pictured, tiny pin pricks, as well as a few marks on the right side, as pictured. Barely noticeable, near the bottom of the skirt.
