Cargo Tokyo In Bloom + dual ended Brush

This is the prettiest pallet I have seen! Cargo made their cosmetics originally made for Olympic swimmers. They needed makeup that would stay on and not be effected by the water. They also needed it heavily pigmented so the makeup would be visable while they were underwater. Their products were so great that they went mainstream. I have several of their pallets and they really are phenomenal!
