shoecraaazyOk girl lemme think. I've been doing insanity for 4 months and have had great results. Now I usually just do whatever DVD I feel like every other day. I'm sure ill start the program over for a third time soon lol. But yeah I sweat a lot anyway. Can't imagine with these... But I welcome the help! The only thing insanity hasn't been able to do for me is get rid of my belly flab. It's not a lot... But it's there if you try to sit down in a bikini. Not sure that'll ever go away after having kids tho!

mayorski@edyn I do the same - i did insanity a long while back, did it again recently and now just do random ones every other day. I really noticed a difference in my saddles (that was my tough spot. They do reach pretty high on me (like to the very top of my stomach and I'm 5'5). They keep your muscles warm and you notice the difference. I recommend these to my clients for slimming all the time and you can wear them under clothes also (not in the summer tho). They're awesome and in my opinion better than the more expensive ones.

mayorski@edyn I used these a few times at the gym (elliptical and step) by insanity time I was a small in these and used them a few times for insanity (which I have another DVD set) and its sooo intense. Finished insanity and I think I'm done with the Delfins - they served me well. They are really like no other (zagoras are good too but I saw they only have funky colors). You wear these with insanity you better have your a/c on and ready to sweat lol and if you're like me you'll love it! I can do $45 on here...
