Capp3L Snowboard Pants Winter Funky Sportswear

This is a pair of Capp3l pants. They are funky pants, what attracted me to them. Lots of pockets and vents on the inner thighs. There is a lining in them and the bottom has an elastic and a hook on them. The labels do not really say say a size but it is about 19 inches flat at the waist and the inseam is about 32 inches. There is piling like bumps on the top sides and some elsewhere. The lower pocket tag is heavily cracked.
