Absolutely precious vintage 1950s-60s velvet halo fascinator. This has netting over the top with satin ribbons that are adorned with small velvet polka dots. It's unclear if some of the ribbons have been cut, or if this is the way the hat was made. but please note. Union made, and otherwise in excellent condition. Inner diameter: 49 cm
