Cap sleeve lace and flutter gown

This was worn once for a fund raiser. There is one small snag on the shoulder, but barely noticeable. It’s a really beautiful slate grey that looks almost blue in certain lighting. The crochet top gives a modest look while still letting skin show through, and the empire waist that leads into the flowing, fluttering bottom is very flattering!
