Waist is 13” across
Hips are 17” across
It is fairly stretchy so there is definitely a bit of give in the measurements but those are the measurements of the dress laying flat. I would say like new condition/excellent used condition. No stains, no pilling, no noticeable wear of any kind. The hook and eye clasp are in perfect condition and the zipper is as well. It was like new when I purchased it and I wore it one time.
