Does the printer currently have a cartridge with ink?

@kalbrecht012 this is not a traditional printer. It does not use standard ink cartridges. The "ink" and paper are sold together and meant to be used simultaneously so they run out at the same time.

Thanks for clarification. I'm aware that it's a photo printer and how the cartridge/paper work. That's kinda why I asked if it has a cartridge currently. I'm looking to buy one that has a cartridge and paper so, it's not another cost once I buy it. I want to be able to use it straight away.
