Candy Striper Mini Dress/Top

I love this piece and I wish it fit me..it reminds me of a Nadir Positano piece,I bought it to layer it like she does her pieces but it's just too small for me,this looks great layered over a tiered peasant/prairie dress,it's in a red & white pinstripe,ruffled front bodice it's a wrap dress,skirt portion is lined in a white cotton muslin..it's by Double zero sz S...in EUC! MEASUREMENTS: L:32", B:36 laying flat, SH:12", W:15" laying flat not wrapped
