Candy Rocket Dress Y2K 90's Black Blue Sparkly Mini Dress Small VTG Vintage

Step out in style with this fun mini dress by Candy Rocket. Late 90's dress has a blue lining underneath which peeks through the black mesh overdress with glam sparkly floral design. Fluttery handkerchief style bottom. This dress is a small (see photos for measurements) though no size label inside. It is about a size 6 or maybe up to an 8, depending on how tight you want it, it has a little stretch. The empire style of the top is accented with a black ribbon. The satin ribbon has some slight scuff to it (as shown in one close up photo) but is intact and not very noticeable. Other than that, it is intact and in great shape for a 25+ year old dress.
