Candy Bowl Dish ruby red clear bottom with red top vintage

2" tall 7" wide including handles The red is gorgeous. photos do it no justice could be Anchor Hocking but not certain. It is an older piece though. The only imperfection I find is a tiny tiny chip on the underside of lid. smaller than a pencil lead.
