There is a hook and loop closure in the front and a black satiny ribbon to draw in the waist. The sleeves are trimmed with a black ruffle. It is in excellent used condition. The back pleat is still basted shut. Unlined, and a tiny bit stretchy. 63% Polyester, 34% Rayon, 3% Spandex (machine washable).
