Candie’s Hi-Lo wrap front smocked dress

Beautiful mauve floral smocked top, wrap skirt style dress with built in shorts (romper style) from Candie’s. Worn once for my birthday! In excellent like new condition. Size medium, but it fits like a small in my opinion. Shorts inside fit me well but not tight, and I am a typical size 26-27 in pants.
