Navy blue plisse/crinkle lined dress with hibiscus floral print in shades of magenta, yellow, tan, ivory, and green. Ruffled trim along bust and v-wire at center of neckline. Adjustable spaghetti straps can be removed to wear dress strapless; silicone trim along inside of bust to keep neckline in place. Faux wrap-style skirt. Only wore this once. Washed in cold water and laid flat to dry. Measures 33" at bust unstretched (40" stretched) and approx 34.5" from top of strap to front hemline.
