I’m not able to access that bin today, but this skirt typically measures about 14.5–15” flat at the waist, 18–19” flat across the hips, and about 15–16” in total length for a Candie’s size 8. It’s a skater fit, so it has a nice flare and isn’t tight through the hips. Hope that helps!”
