These are a size 38 but run small so probably more like a US size 7 which is what I wear and they fit perfectly Check out all pictures. Callout- there are a few smudges on the black. I would not consider them scratches but more like smudges. The white wrinkle on the front sides are not a defect, it’s how they are made
