clogston @blackorchids no i am a smoker. But, all the hair accessories have been in a sealed bag, never been used n only removed from the bag to take pics. And i always launder my clothes just before shipping. They get packaged straight from the washer n dryer n r shipped immediately after. All of my items r kept in a separate room, in a sealed tote where there isnt any smoking in the room

clogston @blackorchids the few complaints ive had about a smoke smell weren't the actual items that had a smoke smell, it was the packaging. My mailman smokes in his vehicle, im from a small town n some of the mailmen drive there personal vehicles. Ive actually complained about it but yet it still happens
