Unisex size XS I did cut the underwear mesh liner out- they were not comfortable at all, much more comfortable without the mesh liner inside. No flaws other than the liner removed but not really a flaw just noting. Smoke free and pet free home. Perfect for running or weight lifting These are Unisex*
