lumirousa @mermer6 Hello, thank you for your question. The dress does not come with an elastic band. It has two belt loops (small ones), comes with a black belt. lumirousa @mermer6 hello! They run a bit small. I feel the run is more like this: 1XL is more like XL, 2XL is more like 1XL, and 3XL is more like a 2XL. Thank you!
