Cameo Italiano shell initial pendant and chain

Cameo Italiano shell initial pendant and chain done in gold tone over sterling silver. The initial is a B cameo with flowers carved around it. On the chain there are small pearls every 1/2". You can double it up or wear it long, it is 25 1/2"long. The pendant is 4 1/4" (with bail) x 1 1/2". Just the cameo is 2 1/4" x 1 1/2" which is also an enhancer and can be used on any chain you have. It is marked 925.
