Pre-loved Soft 100% Cotton Flared Plaid Skirt. Very wide skirt Flared circa 51”. Elastic in Back of waist with Zipper and Button Closure on Side. Waist circa 28”. Waist to Hem circa 36.25”. It says size 14 but it more like a size 8 due to the waist size.
