Sleeveless top, top is lined. The outer material stretches a little however because it is lined theres not much stretch. Smoke free home. There is the tiniest little mark at the bottom of the front hem, see pic. I dont think it would be hugely noticeable when worn, I almost overlooked it because I thought it was a piece of lint. Black stripes are raised to give texture. Gorgeous top under a blazer or worn alone!
